Hi! I’m Cristina, and I decided to develop HolHealth Nutrition to help others on their wellness journeys by providing evidence-based nutrition knowledge about food, how it’s absorbed in your body, and counseling on how to achieve your goals.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutritional Science and am currently working on a Master of Science in Integrative Health and Functional Nutrition with a Registered Dietitian concentration.
Working in healthcare since 2016 has opened my eyes to the shortcomings of today’s conventional medicine. All too often, we are focused on treating, rather than preventing.
Why have we chosen to neglect the power of nutrition?
We all know we have to eat, but there’s so much information and varying opinions on the “healthiest” foods to choose, that it can quickly become overwhelming. Add in any health concerns or conditions you have and the decisions can feel impossible.
I’m here to educate and support you by providing individualized nutrition knowledge and counseling, to avoid the overwhelming feeling of change.
